Mabwell Online College is a flexible professional quality learning platform for employees. It introduces more than 3000 external courses, so that employees can learn at anytime, anywhere and independently, so that employees can improve their professional qualities according to their own needs.

We have a systematic training system combining vertical and horizontal: Vertically, we provide stepped career development training programs; Horizontally, we provide the training contents of various professional modules (such as financial management, project management, human resource management, production management, etc.). We have various training lectures on different topics: For example, knowledge courses, internal training courses like professional qualities, etc.

Eaglet Plan

Our "Eaglet Plan" aims to train a group of outstanding fresh graduates into technical experts and management experts of Mabwell in the future. It is a tailored hybrid learning project and a platform for Mabwell's rising stars and scientists. We help fresh graduates get familiar with corporate culture, rules and regulations, job responsibilities, work processes and other contents, quickly realize the role transformation from students to "professionals", improve general quality and professional ability, and shape a professional image. Through 12 months (general and advanced) systematic training and work practice as well as professional teaching, stimulate the maximum potential and broaden the vision of each talent in an all-round and multi-level way, accumulate professional skills and experience, and grow into the core backbone of Mabwell in the next 3 years.

New Eagle Plan

We provide "New Eagle plan" training program for junior managers, new managers and high potential reserve managers with management experience of less than 3 years, take business management as the core, strengthen management ability, and provide systematic practical training of management theoretical knowledge courses and management skills, help new managers complete the transformation from individual performance contributor to team performance contributor.

Flying Eagle Plan

We provide "Flying Eagle Plan" training program for middle and senior managers with more than 5 years of team management experience and department heads of the group and its subsidiaries. By providing systematic management theoretical knowledge system training and sharing practical cases, we help managers improve their team management and cross departmental communication and cooperation ability, and complete the role transformation from managing others to managing managers, improve the management skills and management level of the company's middle managers.
